Happy New Year everyone! It's officially 2017 and feels pretty relieving saying that. Not to say last year was an entire mess ( which most of it was), there were so many accomplishments made this year that was disguised behind the many tragedies and celebrity deaths. Nonetheless, I personally met some great goals that I'm thankful for. 

 College, in general, was crazy fun and hectic! I've met some of my best friends there. Gained better skill assets and even connections! Who would of thought I would be blessed with free housing and 3 jobs! Guys, I worked hard and cramed homework even harder! I achieved my goal of gaining not one, but two internships in 2016!! Back then when I started college, I was afraid I wouldn't get into the internship of my dreams but I definitely got into two back to back! I first interned at Fictionless and then got into Complex Magazine in NYC! I also had the opportunity to work for YouTube Beauty Personality "ItsMyRayeRaye" back in 2015 which became the best spring break ever! None of this couldnt've been made with the dedication I put into my craft. Having hard work seen from others through social media helped me experience my blessings.

   With all of that summed up and graduating on the Deans List while walking down the stage doing the Missy Elliot bounce with grace, I now am in Houston, Texas taking this thing called a "Break". I am not used to staying still and my fellow alumni friends can probably say the same. It's just weird now trying to stay productive without a job. Every minute I ask myself,.." What do I do now ?" I know the first answer is to look for a job like a hound but honey, in this society it is not easy as it seems. Not to say I haven't put in the effort of trying.., everyday I'm applying. More so what I'm asking myself saying is, "What should I do now with the career I chose?"  

  I know I haven't been on YouTube consistently and my page is just a mess! Good stuff.. but honestly a mess. So I've decided I will join both my blog and videos together and share what I do as if I am writing my own personal diary sharing it to you all. I will have my progression updates on  job hunting, and some ootd here and there because I love to bargain shop!  Natural Hair tutorials will also be apart of my blogs and lastly, my health talks. Some may not know, I have a condition called epilepsy and I am entirely open to questions some of you may have so If you do have some please don't hesitate to write to me. In fact, here is a video below where I talk about a day in my life living with epilepsy.

   I hope I can accomplish this goal for 2017 because it's something I've held off for so long and have been dying to work on! Now that I am free finished school and have more time, I can chat with you guys and have fun creating content too!
